Here is a video of my favorite smoothie! A smoothie day really keeps my body feeling light and I feel so clear minded. It’s the easiest way for me to get all of my nutrients. I love this smoothie because it’s filling, nutritious and OBVI delicious! Let me know if there are other meals or smoothies you want the recipe to. 1 spoonful of Chlorophyll
1 spoonful of Cinnamon
Water
Parsley
Kale
Spinach
1 spoonful of Cacoa Powder
