How To Have A Balanced Day

I think we have all been victims of checking our phones first thing in the morning. Running to our devices to who Tweeted us, Liked our Instagram pics or who watched our Snaps. We run to these phones as if our dear lives depend on them. They don’t. I’m here to break it to you that nothing will happen if you don’t check your notifications or emails right away. What WILL happen when you spend more time with spirit is that you will begin to feel at peace instead of stressed or anxious, don’t we all want more peace?

In my latest Youtube Video at, I give you three tips that have greatly changed the way I navigate throughout my day. Spending time with God, prayer, affirmations, attitude of gratitude are all parts of having a balanced day.

Why dive into the physical world when you first wake up? Those emails, notifications and texts are not going anywhere. Spend more time with your inner self, your true self and your creator before you dive into the craziness of the day.
