Santee Alley is a few streets wide and a few streets across shopping area filled with really trendy, cheap and a few bizarre items. You can come to here buy earrings that cost 50 cents, sunglasses that look like the new Dior ones and even booty cheek lifters LOL.
Santee Alley is located in Downtown Los Angeles so not too far from my house at all. My friend Jaz, who is a children’s book author of The Baddest Kid in the Sixth Grade. We ventured down and such a fun and funny ass time getting glasses cleaned by strangers and documenting all of it on Youtube.com/BeenieTV.
Of course Santee Alley has some good finds. I got a really dope grey bodysuit for $10. I also purchased a ring for $3 and a green faux suede dress for $13. I was on cloud nine because I couldn’t believe how inexpensive everything was!
Here’s a tip if you ever go to Santee Alley make sure to go on a weekday and not the weekend because it’s too crowded especially on Saturdays.
Before we left we stumbled upon this Buddhist, spiritual store which felt so good! They had beautiful stones and gems and awesome prayer beads I was in love! The had ALL the rings lol! This is right at the beginning of Santee Alley but for some reason we missed it when we first got there. The store owner was super sweet and I cannot wait to go back and a necklace using the stones from all over the world!
