How can we share the most vulnerable parts of ourselves if we have to accepted the most vulnerable parts of ourselves?

I encourage you beloved to do mirror work exercises. First introduced to me by Louise Hay I truly believe in their power. I never really liked how felt confident in my body until I started making mirror work an everyday exercise. With this exercise we are sending high vibrations to our body and shifting our perception of how the mind views our body.
